Position: School-Based Clinical Coordinator Location: Springfield, MA Start Date: ASAP Duration: 13 Weeks to start Hours/Week: 40
Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:00 PM or 9:00 AM-5:00 PM Setting: School-Based / DDS-DCF Organization Interview: Client interview required
LICSW, LMHC, LCSW, School Counselor, or School Adjustment Counselor license required Preferred: 2+ years of clinical experience in an educational, residential, or milieu setting Experience providing individual and group counseling Experience with assessments, case management, crisis intervention, and behavior support Comfortable working with students with behavioral challenges and/or difficult backgrounds IEP experience preferred
Provide individual and group therapy services Complete assessments, case management, and clinical documentation Develop social-emotional, behavioral, and self-regulation goals Participate in IEP meetings and present student progress Support crisis management and behavioral interventions Collaborate with school staff, caregivers, and leadership team Additional Information: First week consists of training and shadowing Leadership opportunity within the program Supervision of clinical interns may be required
