– LMSW Assessment Specialist POSITION DUTIES – Conducts comprehensive psychosocial and risk assessments, evaluates patients for admission and level-of-care needs, collaborates with the interdisciplinary treatment team, coordinates crisis intervention services, and helps develop discharge and aftercare plans to support safe patient transitions. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
TX LCSW, LMSW, LPC, LPC-A
Master's degree in relevant field
BLS
HWS
1+ year recent acute hospital experience in specialty

– Familiarity with managing patients in emergency settings LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – 7pm
7:30am, Sunday
Tuesday or Wednesday
Friday. Every other weekend. SYSTEMS – Medik, OnBase START DATE – ASAP
