– LMSW Social Worker POSITION DUTIES – Provide clinical assessment, crisis intervention, care coordination, and discharge planning to help patients and families navigate medical, emotional, and social needs during hospitalization. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS –
Oregon LMSW
Master’s degree
BLS
2 years recent social work experience in an acute hospital setting
Crisis intervention experience LENGTH OF ASSIGNMENT – 13 weeks SHIFT / HOURS PER WEEK – Days with every other weekend and daily call requirements SYSTEMS – Epic START DATE – ASAP
