Job Details Setting: Long-Term Acute Care (LTAC) / LTACH Employment Type: Travel Nursing Job Duration: 13 weeks Start Date: ASAP Shift Duration: 12-hour nights

3 shifts per week Hours per Week: 36 Estimated Weekly

$2,040-$2,150 Location: Saint Charles, MO Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Minimum of 2 years of bedside clinical experience ICU experience or strong clinical skills appropriate for LTACH care BLS certification required prior to first shift ACLS certification required prior to first shift Strong documentation, communication, and critical thinking skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-focused healthcare environment Responsibilities Complete a thorough nursing assessment for each patient within 8 hours of admission Develop and follow individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Provide direct patient care using the nursing process of assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating Support patient rehabilitation goals and promote positive outcomes through patient and family education Initiate discharge planning from the day of admission and provide teaching in anticipation of discharge Communicate timely updates regarding patient status to physicians, charge nurses, and team members Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately and in a timely manner Supervise and guide LPNs, CNAs, and other support staff as appropriate Promote a safe environment for patients, visitors, and staff while following all safety policies and procedures Contribute to team collaboration, unit efficiency, and professional growth Apply now for this travel nursing job in Saint Charles, Missouri and join a healthcare team committed to quality patient care in long-term acute care.
