We are seeking a compassionate and experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a travel assignment in Concord, NH. The ideal candidate will provide quality nursing care and support residents or patients in a healthcare setting.
Provide direct nursing care to patients or residents. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed. Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team.
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation. Follow infection control procedures and safety protocols. Collaborate with RNs, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
Active LPN license. Current BLS certification. Recent LPN experience in a relevant healthcare setting.
Strong communication and patient care skills. Ability to work the assigned shift and contract schedule.
