RN Supervisor – LTC Location: Concord, New Hampshire Position: Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor Specialty: Long-Term Care (LTC) Job Type: Contract
We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) Supervisor to oversee nursing staff and resident care in a long-term care facility in Concord, NH. The ideal candidate will have strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills to ensure high-quality care and smooth daily operations. Responsibilities Supervise and support nursing staff, including RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
Oversee daily nursing activities and ensure quality resident care. Monitor residents' health conditions and coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare professionals. Assist with staffing, shift assignments, and clinical problem-solving.
Ensure accurate clinical documentation and compliance with facility policies and regulations. Respond to emergencies and provide guidance to nursing staff. Promote infection control, medication safety, and resident well-being.
Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license. Previous nursing experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred. Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
Strong clinical assessment, communication, and organizational skills. Knowledge of nursing standards and regulatory requirements.
