Night, 12 hr shifts, 18:30 - 07:00, with every other weekend rotation and some holidays.1:20, 1 RN per hall, med tech per hall; CNA 1:8-10 on days and 1:20 on nightsBed Side Shift Reporting (BSSR), utilization of AIDET, and hourly rounding are required for all RN unitsNight shift RN will assume charge duties and could be the only RN in the facility. RN license requiredBLS required - AHA only1 year in long term care required.
