2 years of experience as a LPN; Valid LPN license; Be willing to obtain New Hampshire licensure
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record patient health status and report any changes to the appropriate healthcare team members.
