- 1:1 LPN – School-Based Assignment: Support a student throughout the school day.
- 1:1 LPN – Bus and School Assignment: Meet the student at home, ride the bus with them to school, provide support throughout the school day, and ride the bus with them home after school.
- Required
- G-tube feedings, seizure protocols, diabetic care, catheterization, medication administration, and emergency response.
- Must be willing to assist students with activities of daily living, including feeding, toileting, communication, and mobility.
- Experience working with children with complex medical needs is preferred but not required.
- School-based experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be familiar with school health protocols, documentation requirements, and emergency procedures.
- Must complete daily service log documentation.
- Must be willing to ride the bus to and from school if required by the student’s assignment.
- Must be flexible and willing to support other students if the assigned student is absent.
