Manager (RN)

Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse for a Head Clinic Nurse leadership role. The position combines clinical care with team leadership, daily clinic operations, and staff development. ResponsibilitiesOversee daily clinic operations and workflows.

Lead and support RNs, LPNs, and CMAs. Mentor and coach clinical staff. Assist with scheduling and performance management.

Provide patient triage, medication refills, and prior authorizations. Ensure compliance with regulations and clinical standards. Collaborate with providers to improve patient care and clinic efficiency.

RequirementsBSN Active or eligible NH RN license or CompactBLS certification within 12 months5+ years of RN experience preferredStrong leadership and communication skillsPrevious clinic or leadership experience preferred
