• Provide outpatient mental health services to adults with serious mental illness (SMI)
• Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions in an outpatient setting
• Conduct assessments, treatment planning, and case management activities
• Maintain a caseload of approximately 60–70 adult clients
• Provide individual counseling services and support ongoing recovery goals
• Complete clinical documentation and maintain treatment records ✅

• Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, Guidance, or a related field
• Experience providing evidence-based mental health treatment required
• State licensure or licensure eligibility preferred (LPC, LISW-CP, or equivalent)
• Minimum 2 years of post-graduate clinical experience preferred
• Experience working with adults experiencing serious mental illness preferred
