$2,120–$2,230 Assignment Duration: 13 weeks
Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–4:30 p.m. Shift Duration: 8-hour shifts Weekly Hours: 40 guaranteed hours On-Call/Weekend Requirement: 1–2 weekends per month Coverage Areas: Jackson, Clinton, Vicksburg, Bolton, Edwards, Raymond, and Utica Patient Care Setting: Home health Additional Travel: Mileage between patient visits is reimbursed according to applicable guidelines Dress Code: Royal blue scrubs Registered Nurse Job Requirements Current, unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license Associate degree in nursing or higher At least 1 year of professional nursing experience Home health nursing experience preferred Strong clinical assessment, documentation, communication, and organizational skills Ability to travel independently between patient homes throughout the assigned coverage area Experience with HCHB or PointCare is preferred and will help set candidates apart Home Health Nursing Responsibilities Deliver high-quality skilled nursing care directly in patients’ homes Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and monitor patients’ clinical progress Educate patients and caregivers on disease management, medication routines, safety, and self-care strategies Develop, implement, and update individualized plans of care in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team Promote patient independence, positive health outcomes, and safety in the home environment Document patient visits, assessments, interventions, and outcomes accurately and promptly Coordinate care with providers, caregivers, and other members of the care team Participate in scheduled on-call and weekend coverage Apply now for this Home Health Registered Nurse travel contract in Clinton, Mississippi, and join a compassionate healthcare team serving patients throughout the Jackson-area communities.
