Details Work in a Med/Surg unit with 34-38 beds Patient ratio of 6:1 Night shift schedule, 7p-7a Floating required No call required Uses Cerner EMR Requirements Active OK or compact RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certifications required PALS certification required within 6 months of start date 2+ years of recent Med/Surg experience required No certifications may expire within the first 30 days of start No gaps in work history of 90 days or more within the past 12 months Additional Information Scrub color requirement: black Maximum RTO of 4 days/nights per 13-week contract RTO requests must be less than 1 week Candidates must live outside a 50-mile radius of the facility to be considered Previous CHS perm staff employees not eligible if employed within the past 2 years
