Requirements 1–2 years of recent Med/Surg experience in an acute care setting Active Kansas RN License or active Compact/Multi-State RN License Active BLS Certification (AHA) Flexibility to assist with light floor cross-coverage or floating within general medical units if needed Strong foundational competencies in general medical/surgical patient assessment, IV therapy, and medication administration
Experience in a Critical Access Hospital or rural community healthcare setting Knowledge of modern EMR documentation systems Previous travel contract experience and ACLS certification
