Northern Montana Health Center is seeking qualified Registered Nurses (RNs) for Medical/Surgical contract assignments in Havre, Montana. Successful candidates will provide high-quality nursing care to patients with a variety of medical and surgical conditions while collaborating with the healthcare team to support safe, effective patient outcomes. Responsibilities Assess patients' health status and develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
Administer medications and treatments in accordance with provider orders and facility protocols. Monitor patient conditions, document assessments, and communicate changes to the healthcare team. Provide patient and family education.
Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Adapt to changing staffing needs, including rotating shifts and floating assignments as required.
