Registered Nurse, Medical-Surgical Floor Laconia, New Hampshire. The registered nurse will provide medical-surgical care during overnight 12-hour shifts in an acute care setting. The role requires advanced telemetry experience and the ability to manage patients receiving cardiac and insulin infusions.
Job Details
Nights, 7:00 p.m.7:00 a.m., 12-hour shifts, 36 hours per week. Required
At least 2 years of acute care experience in the specialty. Advanced telemetry experience. Active New Hampshire or compact registered nurse license.
Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and National Institute of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) certification.
Cerner experience. Experience managing Cardizem and insulin infusions for hyperglycemia, excluding diabetic ketoacidosis. Experience with phenobarbital administration for telemetry patients.
Additional Information: The role may be suitable for first-time travelers with strong clinical experience. Emergency-based float assignments to other locations may be requested.
