The unit features manageable 1:4 nurse-to-patient ratios, CNA floor support, and comprehensive hospital benefits.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver bedside care to acute medical patients (COPD, pneumonia, CHF, cellulitis) and post-surgical cases (orthopedics, colon resections).Conduct patient telemetry monitoring on Nihon Kohden systems and interpret rhythm strips.Manage patient admissions, transfers, and discharges on a dynamic acute unit.Assist with outpatient infusions and supportive patient care tasks as needed.RequirementsActive, unrestricted Illinois (IL) RN license required upon hire (State license mandatory; out-of-state compact licenses not accepted)2–5 years of nursing experience (Med/Surg acute care; rural hospital experience preferred)Required
