- Location: Marquette General, MI -
7 PM to 7 AM
- Orientation: Bi-weekly
- Weekly Guaranteed Hours: 36
- Patient Ratios: 5:1 to 6:1
- Unit Profile:
- Department: Acute Medical/Surgical
- Trauma Level: 2
- Specialty: Medical/Surgical
- Equipment: Telemetry monitors, Baxter IV pumps, Kangaroo pump, Bladder scanner, Dynamaps
- EHR: Cerner
- Patient Population: Adult and geriatric, ages 18 - 125
- Must Have Skills/Experience:
- Critical thinking skills
- Decisive judgment
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Capability to thrive in a stressful environment
- Required
ACLS -
Minimum of 2 years in medical/surgical settings (preferred) -
Bachelor’s degree (BSN preferred)
- Dress Code:
- Scrub Color: Galaxy Blue (Navy acceptable)
- Fingernails: Clean and compliant with Hand Hygiene Policy
- Tattoos: Must be covered if deemed offensive
- Jewelry: Excessive jewelry not permitted
