This hospital is the best to my travelers in all my 27 years in the business. I have never worked with a facility that treats my nurses with such kindness. For Med Surg they have a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:3 which is unheard of, and I have had up to 15 nurses here at once, currently have 9 here, and all have extended at least 1 year.
I have had several go permanent staff. We are the direct vendor for most all hospitals in Illinois! So, want to work with an agency that gets first dibs on the jobs in Illinois 72 hours before other agencies, better rates, and special treatment?
