Registered Nurse (RN) - Medical Surgical/Tele We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Medical Surgical/Tele team. This position is for night shifts, requiring flexibility and a passion for patient care within a high-acuity environment. Position Details Start Date: ASAP
Nights Shifts per Week: 48 hours or 36 hours Patient Ratio: 1:12 utilizing a team nursing model (approximately 1:6/7 due to collaboration with LPNs and Medication Nurses) Weekend
As needed Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of recent nursing experience in a Medical Surgical/Tele environment. Experience in a Level I Trauma Center is required. Previous travel experience is mandatory.
Experience in a large hospital setting is essential. First-time travelers accepted only with 5+ years of experience in the specialty. All travelers must comply with the Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC) guidelines; pending licenses will not be accepted.
Special Requirements RTO (Request Time Off) must be submitted at the time of application. Due to regulations, candidates must reside outside a 100-mile radius from the location. Weekend block scheduling will not be accommodated; must be discussed during the interview.
