• Position Overview:
• As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in enhancing patient care while working alongside a talented team of healthcare professionals.
• Key

• Evaluate patients and assist physicians with comprehensive patient care.
• Plan, implement, and document nursing care tailored to each patient’s individual needs.
• Identify patient needs, establish priorities for care through thorough assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
• Develop, implement, and coordinate personalized care plans based on ongoing assessments.
• Initiate assessments focusing on patient problems, medical diagnoses, and functional health frameworks.
• Execute therapeutic nursing interventions with precision.
• Manage day-to-day care of patients, ensuring the highest standards.
• Document care in compliance with established standards and practices, considering patient acuity and clinical priorities.
• Advocate for evidence-based practices and contribute to the adoption of innovations in care delivery.
• Deliver patient-centric care in alignment with professional nursing models.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.

- Minimum 2 years of recent Med-Surg experience is required. - Education &

• Required:
• ASN.
• NJ State Professional Registered Nurse license or multi-state compact license.
• BLS-AHA.
• NIHSS.
• CEU Contact Stroke 4 Hours.
• Preferred:
• BSN.
• Essential Hard

• General Medical Surgical Nursing.
• Vent/Trach Care.
• Perinatal Dialysis.
• Telemetry.
• Essential Soft
