Clinical Scope: Patient assessments, acute care monitoring, medication administration, multidisciplinary coordination, and care planning. Shift Flexibility: Dedicated 12-hour days or 12-hour nights available across multiple inpatient units. Workplace Policy: Drug-free campus; negative drug screen across all panels is strictly required prior to hire.
Candidate
Current, active, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license in Illinois (or Michigan).
Open to both Experienced RNs and New Graduate RNs (comprehensive training provided).
Current American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Healthcare Provider required prior to start.
BSN preferred (ADN accepted). Prior Application Rule: Candidates cannot have applied directly with the health system within the past 2 years to be eligible for representation.
Basic proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and Microsoft applications preferred.
