12-hour nights, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Shifts Per Week: 3 Hours Per Week: 36 Weekly Estimated

$1,680 - $1,770 Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend Charting System: MEDITECH Care Setting: Acute care hospital unit Job Requirements Active Registered Nurse (RN) license At least 1 year of recent Med/Surg nursing experience in an acute care setting BLS and ACLS required PALS preferred Ability to read and interpret telemetry strips Comfort titrating drips, including heparin Experience caring for adult and geriatric patient populations preferred Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills in a fast-paced hospital environment Responsibilities Deliver safe, compassionate nursing care to adult and geriatric medical-surgical patients Monitor telemetry patients and accurately interpret cardiac rhythms Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans Titrate ordered drips in accordance with clinical protocols and provider guidance Collaborate with the interdisciplinary care team to support positive patient outcomes Care for patients with conditions such as COPD, CHF, pneumonia, abdominal pain, SBO, and post-op needs Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the MEDITECH charting system Participate in a supportive unit workflow with assigned nurse aide assistance Apply now for this Travel Med/Surg Registered Nurse opportunity in Sullivan, Indiana, and join a healthcare team focused on quality patient care.
