Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients in a Medical Surgical setting. Monitor patient progress and communicate effectively with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Maintain accurate patient records using EMR (Cerner).
BLS and ACLS certifications required. Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience, with tele experience preferred. Tennessee RN license is mandatory.
Willingness to float as needed. Must be greater than 50 miles from the facility. Additional Information: Night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM.
Patient ratio of 1:6 to 1:7. Scrub color: Royal Blue. Block schedule available upon request.
