Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurses to join its collaborative inpatient team. This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality, patient-centered care while working alongside physicians and interdisciplinary teams in a fast-paced hospital environment.Responsibilities Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care Develop and update individualized care plans Administer medications and treatments as ordered Monitor patient conditions and respond to changes Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team Accurately document all patient care and interventions Delegate care appropriately while ensuring quality outcomesRequirements Active RN license Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing BLS certification required upon hire ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications required within 3 months of hire BSN preferred but not required Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skillsWhy Join This Team?
