Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN)
We are seeking a dedicated Medical-Surgical/Telemetry Registered Nurse (MS/Tele RN) to provide exceptional patient care in an acute care setting. The ideal candidate will have experience in cardiac monitoring, emergency response, and the management of dysrhythmias. Job Details Shift Options: Day
3x12 Hours (07:00 - 19:00) Night
3x12 Hours (19:00 - 07:00) Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend (EOW) Float Requirement: Floating to other units as needed Scrub Color: Ceil Blue Medication System: Pyxis Documentation System: Cerner IS preferred Qualifications Certifications Required: Basic Life Support (BLS)
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered nurse with a 1:6 patient ratio experience requirement Travel
Must have completed at least one travel assignment Skills Required: Medical-Surgical and Telemetry Nursing Cardiac Monitoring Emergency Response and Dysrhythmia Management Skills Preferred: Orthopedic Care: including trauma and total joint replacements Previous charge nurse experience Additional Requirements Candidates must successfully pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and a perfect score of 100% on lethal rhythms.
