Based on experience Position Overview Endeavor Health is seeking experienced Med/Surg Telemetry RNs to join Evanston Hospital, a 354-bed, Level I Trauma and teaching facility. This is an excellent opportunity to provide high-quality acute care in a collaborative hospital environment. Position Highlights Day, evening, and night shifts available Diverse medical-surgical patient population Telemetry and cardiac monitoring Collaborative nursing and interdisciplinary teams Opportunities for professional growth and development Responsibilities Provide comprehensive care to medical-surgical patients.
Monitor cardiac rhythms and recognize changes in patient conditions. Administer medications and coordinate treatment plans. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team.
Document patient care accurately in EPIC. Qualifications 1+ year of acute-care hospital nursing experience EPIC experience required Active Illinois RN license BLS certification through AHA or American Red Cross Associate Degree in Nursing or higher Recent Med/Surg or Telemetry experience preferred
