12-hour night shifts Hours: 36 guaranteed hours per week Weekly Estimated

$1,950 - $2,060 Start Date: October 5, 2026 Job Requirements At least 2 years of acute care experience in a Med/Surg Telemetry or similar specialty Active New Hampshire RN license or compact RN license at time of submission Current BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications Ability to pass a dysrhythmia exam during onboarding Recent specialty charge nurse or nurse manager references Completed skills checklist matching the specialty Travel nursing experience preferred; motivated first-time travelers may be considered Cerner experience preferred Responsibilities Provide high-quality nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry acute care setting Monitor telemetry rhythms and respond appropriately to cardiac changes Administer medications and manage drips as needed, including Cardizem and insulin for hyperglycemia Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support safe patient outcomes Perform thorough assessments, document patient status, and communicate changes promptly Support a positive, patient-centered environment while maintaining strong clinical standards Float to a nearby sister location if requested, based on operational needs Why Apply?
