Our client, a top-tier clinical team, is seeking a Med/Surg Registered Nurse to start right away in Haverhill, MA. This is an excellent opportunity to advance your career in a fast-paced acute care environment. Responsibilities Administer and document prescribed medications accurately.
Monitor patients for adverse reactions and report findings. Educate patients on surgical procedures and post-operative care. Record patient medical histories and vital signs.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care. Qualifications Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing or possess a BSN. Active State RN License with a minimum of 2 years of acute Med/Surg experience.
BLS & ACLS certifications through the American Heart Association.
