✓AHA BLS, AHA ACLS & NIH required; must also have KY or compact license
Qualifications
✓Hazard KY Kentucky Hazard, Kentucky Compact States RN Med Surg / Telemetry 12 hours, nights -2 plus yrs current experience required- Meditech EMR
✓Float required within scope of practice; every other weekend required
✓Flu vaccine required- declinations not accepted
