Registered Nurse (RN) – PCU / Med-Surg Telemetry Location: Johnson City, TN 37604
Night | 4x12 Hours (6:30 PM – 7:00 AM)
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) for a Hybrid PCU/Med-Surg Telemetry unit at Ballad Health. This position requires an RN who is comfortable caring for both Progressive Care Unit (PCU) and Med-Surg Telemetry patients. Important: The unit operates with a 1:7 patient ratio .
Candidates should only be submitted if they are comfortable working with this assignment ratio. The ideal candidate will have strong PCU experience, telemetry skills, and the ability to manage a wide range of adult medical, surgical, cardiac, neurological, and orthopedic patients.
