- RN | Med Surg/Telemetry Lima Memorial Main Campus | Lima, OH | Oct 20, 2026 | 13 Weeks | Night Shift Seeking an experienced Med Surg/Telemetry RN to provide care for adult patients requiring cardiac monitoring, medication management, and close assessment. Position Highlights:
- 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
- 36 hours guaranteed
- Every other weekend
- No call
- Must float to units within skill level
- 4–5:1 patient ratio
- MediTech EMR
- Navy blue scrubs Key Duties:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
- Monitor telemetry and recognize cardiac rhythms
- Administer and manage cardiac medications and titratable therapies
- Recognize changes in patient condition and initiate appropriate interventions
- Monitor patients for signs and symptoms of stroke
- Coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
- Assist with and guide LPNs, PCTs, and unit support staff
- 2+ years of Med Surg/Telemetry RN experience
- Strong telemetry and cardiac rhythm knowledge
- Experience with Cardizem, Amiodarone, Nitro, Heparin, Cardene, Dobutamine, Lasix, and Bumex
