Registered Nurse (RN) - Med/Surg Tele Float We are seeking a skilled and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Float Staff team specializing in Med/Surg and Telemetry units. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality nursing care to patients across various units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro services. Position Details
Day, 3x12-hour shifts (07:00 - 19:30)
Every other weekend and holidays as applicable to operations Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care in Med/Surg and Telemetry units. Monitor and assess patient conditions to implement effective care plans. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Utilize Epic for documentation and patient management. Qualifications Must have experience working in various Med/Surg units, including cardiac, spine, and neuro. Epic experience is required.
Wisconsin RN license or compact license is mandatory. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association is required. Must pass a Telemetry test prior to starting the role.
