We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our nursing team specializing in Neurosurgery. This position involves working night shifts on a 12-hour schedule, offering the opportunity to work both full-time and part-time. Weekend rotation and holidays may also be required as needed.
Key Responsibilities Provide high-quality care to patients in the Neurosurgery unit. Monitor patient progress and report any changes to the medical team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. Document patient care and maintain accurate medical records using Epic. Qualifications Minimum of 2 years of experience in Neuro MS/T (Medical-Surgical/Telemetry) nursing required.
Active and valid RN license. BLS certification from the American Heart Association required. Experience with Epic electronic health record system is required.
Additional Requirements The selected candidate will be required to pass a Telemetry test prior to starting in the role. Shift Details Night shift, 12-hour schedule (1900 - 0730). 3 nights per week, with potential flexibility for 4/12 shifts.
