Details Work on a 41-bed inpatient Cardiac Telemetry/Progressive/Respiratory Care unit Care for medical and surgical patients with cardiac dysrhythmia, respiratory illness, and/or significantly altered hemodynamics requiring telemetry monitoring Night shift schedule, 1900-0730, 12-hour shifts 36 hours per week, 3 days per week 13-week contract Requirements Active, unrestricted KY or compact RN license required BLS certification required NIHSS certification required ACLS certification required within 6 months of hire ADN or ASN required; BSN preferred No prior nursing experience required, though previous experience is preferred Last 4 digits of SSN and month/day of date of birth required for consideration Additional Information Perform comprehensive patient assessments, develop and implement individualized care plans, and coordinate discharge planning Collaborate with inter-professional care team members and delegate tasks appropriately Provide patient and family-centered education and support throughout the care process Participate in unit-based quality improvement activities and core measures Candidates residing within a 75-mile radius will be considered at a lower pay rate
