$2020-$2130 Work Setting: On-site hospital setting Job Requirements At least 1 year of recent Registered Nurse experience required Recent experience in Med/Surg Telemetry or medical-surgical nursing strongly preferred Active New Jersey RN license in good standing Ability to monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately Strong communication, teamwork, and critical thinking skills Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a fast-paced acute care environment Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to adult patients in a Med/Surg Telemetry setting Monitor telemetry patients and promptly communicate changes in condition to the care team Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and facility protocols Perform patient assessments, develop care plans, and document care thoroughly Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to support safe, effective patient outcomes Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery, and discharge instructions Maintain a safe, organized, and patient-focused care environment Apply now to join this rewarding travel RN job in Trenton, NJ and take the next step in your nursing career.
