Registered Nurse (RN) – Medical-Surgical / Telemetry Shift & Schedule
6:45 AM – 7:15 PM Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week Shift length: Approximately 12 hours Scrub color: Navy or maroon Unit Details Unit: Medical-Surgical (MS) with some cardiac patients and telemetry monitoring Unit size: 29 beds Charting system: Epic Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care according to facility policies and procedures. Implement and monitor patient care plans. Assess, document, and communicate changes in patient conditions.
Coordinate care with physicians and other healthcare team members. Carry out physician and nursing orders. Help coordinate discharge planning.
Use critical thinking and sound judgment in a fast-paced environment.
