POSITION: Certified Medical Assistant (CMA)- Holy Name Physician Practices Float Pool SCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING ===============================
8.5-hour scheduled shifts (includes a 30-minute unpaid lunch). Office hours vary between 7:30am and 5:30pm. Float staff must be flexible to work 7:30am-4:00pm, 8:00am-4:30pm, 8:30am-5:00pm, or 9:00am-5:30pm based on practice needs.

RTO, Block & Scheduling Requests: All requests must be included at the time of submission
Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks.

Float Pool position. Primary assignments are within Holy Name Medical Center Physician Practices. May float to other Holy Name Physician Practice locations throughout Bergen, Hudson, and Passaic counties as needed. Flexibility is required. Office Duties: Assist with front desk patient calls; Pharmacy calls and patient refill requests; Schedule appointments
Patient Intake & Assessment: Room patients; Obtain vital signs; Record patient history, medications, and allergies; Prepare patients for examination
