Nights, 4x12hrs Hours: 48 hrs/wk Start Date: Nov 9, 2026 Length: 13 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an experienced RN for a Medical ICU position requiring a CA RN license and EPIC experience. Details Work in the Medical ICU unit of an acute care hospital Night shift schedule from 6:30 PM to 7:00 AM Auto offer of 36 or 48 hours per week EPIC EMR experience required Requirements Active CA RN license required Current BLS and ACLS certification from American Heart Association required PALS certification from American Heart Association required Minimum of 3 years of recent ICU specialty experience required, with experience within the last 3 months BSN and acute care facility experience preferred No prior adverse licensure actions permitted EPIC and Cerner experience must be documented in employment history Additional Information Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients following established standards and the nursing process Supervise and direct the activities of assigned nursing staff while coordinating care with other disciplines Collect patient data, develop care plans, implement interventions, and evaluate outcomes Collaborate with patients, families, and the healthcare team to ensure safe and effective care Provide patient and family education and participate in discharge planning Required to receive all applicable vaccinations as a condition of employment Candidates with more than 5 days of requested RTO will be automatically declined Accepts local candidates with no radius restriction; local rates match travel rates Traveler can only be placed at one hospital within the Adventist Health system at a time
