We are seeking a skilled Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) to provide accurate and timely laboratory testing across multiple laboratory departments. The MLT will perform technical, specimen collection, equipment, quality control, and documentation duties while supporting high-quality patient care. Required LicensesActive Phlebotomist License requiredActive Washington State MA-P License requiredKey ResponsibilitiesPerform laboratory testing in Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, Coagulation, Serology, and Urinalysis.

Collect specimens from patients of all age groups, including venipuncture and capillary draws. Prepare, analyze, and process blood, tissue, body fluids, and other clinical specimens. Operate, calibrate, troubleshoot, and maintain laboratory equipment.

Analyze and interpret laboratory results with appropriate clinical judgment. Enter, evaluate, record, and transmit laboratory data using computer systems and laboratory instruments. Perform quality control and quality assurance activities to ensure accurate test results.

Maintain laboratory equipment, supplies, consumables, and assigned laboratory sections. Assist with blood typing, compatibility testing, and other routine blood bank procedures. Communicate technical information regarding laboratory results to physicians and appropriate healthcare team members.

Follow established laboratory policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned. QualificationsActive Phlebotomist License required.

Active Washington State MA-P License required. Medical Laboratory Technician/Technologist experience preferred. Strong knowledge of laboratory procedures and specimen handling.

Experience with Chemistry, Hematology, Microbiology, Blood Bank, and Urinalysis preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to accurately analyze laboratory results. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Strong computer and laboratory information system skills.
