3x12 Nights | 36 Hours/Week Additional Scheduling: 4x12 shifts available Shift Hours: 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM Weekends: Every other weekend Patient Ratios: Typically 1:5-6 on nights Floating: Required; travelers float first Block Scheduling: Not guaranteed Holiday RTO: Not approved WEEKLY COMPENSATION Gross Weekly

$1,044 Non-Taxable Weekly Stipends: $1,267 Taxable Hourly Rate: $29.00/hour based on 36 hours Advertised pay reflects the 36-hour schedule. Compensation for 48-hour contracts may differ. EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS Required: Minimum 1 year of Med/Surg nursing experience Active Michigan RN license BLS certification (American Heart Association) Ability to work with RNs, LPNs, and patient care technicians Willingness to float between Med/Surg units Availability for every-other-weekend coverage Ability to work scheduled holidays Preferred: Previous travel nursing experience, although candidates with strong permanent experience may be considered Clinical Environment: Medical/Surgical and Observation patient populations Observation unit includes rapid admissions, assessments, and discharges Typical night-shift ratios of 1:5-6 Ratios may increase to 1:8 with LPN support First-to-float policy applies Traveler Eligibility: Candidates residing within 50 miles may be considered at a local pay rate.
