Perform and analyze laboratory testing on blood, urine, and other specimensOperate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipmentEnsure accurate results and troubleshoot testing discrepanciesFollow quality control, safety, and regulatory standardsCollect, label, and properly handle specimensCommunicate critical results to providers and nursing staffParticipate in quality assurance and process improvementRequirements:Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or a related fieldMT(ASCP), MLS(ASCP), or equivalent national certificationBasic Life Support (BLS) certification1–2 years of laboratory experience preferredPhlebotomy experience/certification is a plus
