IMC RNs may float to another IMC level of care unit as needed. Education & Certifications Required: BLS certification is required. Completion of mandatory onboarding education.
Unit Information: Number of Beds: 43 Patient Ratios: Day Shift Med/Surg 1:4-5, Night Shift Med/Surg 1:5-6, Day and Night IMC 3:1 Equipment: Ventilators, BiPaP, CPAP, IV pumps, specialty beds, and more. EMR: Epic Hiring Profile: Must Have Skills/Experience: IMC RNs must have Vent experience; all RNs must have experience with tracheostomies and interpreting telemetry strips. Preferred Skillset/Experience: Experience with respiratory, medical telemetry, surgical patients, sepsis, DKA, altered mental status, and respiratory failure.
