Bi-Weekly Orientation
Please note that the pay schedule is bi-weekly and during the orientation, you will be paid 50% of your pay rate. Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Medical ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join the 15-bed ICU team at Providence Medical Center. The ideal candidate will have strong critical care experience and be comfortable providing high-quality care to critically ill patients in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications/Initial Requirements✓ Active Registered Nurse (RN) license required.✓ Active DCI/BVP✓ Previous ICU/MICU experience required.✓ BLS and ACLS certifications required.✓ Strong critical-thinking and clinical assessment skills.✓ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.✓ Ability to work independently in a fast-paced critical care environment.
