Minimum 2 years of MRI experience; candidates with 1.5 years may be considered with strong Level I or large-hospital experience ARRT certification or NMTCB certification BLS certification Siemens MRI scanner experience required Cardiac experience is a major plus IV-start experience strongly preferred Permanent address must be more than 100 miles from Grant Medical Center
Perform MRI scans for neuro, musculoskeletal, and abdominal studies Perform specialized exams, including breast MRI, enterography, and scans for patients with pacemakers Safely scan ICU patients using MRI-compatible equipment Work with MRI-safe ventilators, IV pumps, and monitoring equipment No conscious sedation performed Facility & Equipment: 380-bed hospital Two Siemens 1.5T Aera MRI scanners Approximately 40 visits per day EMR: Epic Scrub color: Charcoal grey Parking: Free in unrestricted spaces Floating: Travelers are first to float Schedule & Time-Off Rules: Every other weekend and every other holiday required Maximum 10 days of RTO per contract; no RTO during the initial weeks Start date, RTO, and schedule requests must be included with submission
