Variable, 3x12hrs Hours: 36 hrs/wk Start Date: Nov 8, 2026 Length: 26 weeks Openings: 1 Description American Traveler is hiring an MRI Technologist for an inpatient radiology role requiring 3+ years of recent inpatient experience with Siemens 1.5T and 3T equipment and cardiac MRI cases. Details Inpatient radiology department setting 3 12-hour day shifts, variable days of the week including weekends May be scheduled up to every weekend May be required to work holidays as needed since the clinic is closed on major holidays May float between inpatient and outpatient settings No on-call requirement Requirements 3+ years of recent experience in an inpatient setting required, 5+ years preferred Recent experience with Siemens 1.5T and 3T MRI equipment required Experience with cardiac MRI cases required Prior travel assignment experience required ARRT MRI certification or ARMRIT required, license required if applicable Current BLS certification required Additional Information Free private 1-bedroom housing provided for 1 occupant, pets not permitted Optional housing allowance available in lieu of provided housing A vehicle is recommended for transportation due to winter conditions Candidates must mail fingerprints to the Alaska Department of Health and Services within 48 hours of offer acceptance Up to 14 days of RTO may be requested, including a maximum of 4 weekend shifts, and must be submitted at time of application Candidate's permanent residence must be 50+ miles outside of Fairbanks
