MRI Tech needed asap for 13 weeks The MR technologist demonstrates an understanding of human anatomy, physiology, pathology, contrast agents, MR safety and medical terminology. Maintains a high degree of accuracy in positioning and technique. The MR technologist performs MRI procedures according to established protocols to obtain diagnostic information as ordered by the physician.
Prepares and administers contrast at the direction of the radiologist in accordance with state and federal guidelines. Requirements Education High School Diploma (Required) Completion of formal Radiologic Technologist training at an AMA approved school. Experience At least 1-year MRI experience preferred Licenses/Certificates ARRT Radiology registry (required).
Magnetic Resonance ARRT Radiology Registry (recommended) American Heart Association (BLS) CPR certification (required)
