Day shift Hours: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Openings: 2 Equipment: Hologic mammography systems Work Locations: West Chester and Cincinnati campuses as needed Assignment Type: Travel / Contract Position Overview We are seeking an experienced Mammography Technologist to perform high-quality breast imaging procedures in a collaborative clinical environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, patient-focused, and committed to maintaining imaging accuracy, patient comfort, and safety.
Responsibilities include: Perform screening and diagnostic mammography examinations according to established protocols. Prepare and position patients to obtain high-quality diagnostic images. Operate Hologic mammography equipment and evaluate images for quality.
Explain procedures to patients and promote comfort throughout the imaging process. Follow radiation safety standards, infection control procedures, and department protocols. Maintain accurate patient records and imaging documentation.
Collaborate with radiologists and other healthcare professionals to support timely diagnostic evaluation. Rotate between imaging locations as needed. Must-Have Credentials
Appropriate mammography credentials and state-required licensure.
Mammography experience required. Technical
Experience performing screening and diagnostic mammography. Equipment: Hologic mammography system experience preferred. Professional
