Day 4x12-Hour (07:00 - 19:00) Start Date: 11/16/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Number of Openings: 3 Join a leading acute-care hospital as a Med Surg/Telemetry Registered Nurse (RN) in Attleboro, MA. This contract position offers an exciting opportunity for healthcare professionals looking to make a difference in patient care. We are seeking dedicated RNs with cardiac experience, and we welcome first-time travelers with 2-3 years of experience to apply.
As a Med Surg/Telemetry RN, you will work 4x12-hour shifts from 07:00 to 19:00, providing essential care in medical, surgical, and observation units. You may also have the opportunity to work across two different units in a single shift, depending on patient needs. Your role will involve: Providing high-quality patient care in Med/Surg and Telemetry units Utilizing the Cerner documentation system Participating in bed meetings to address staffing needs Monitoring patients through the Avasure video system Requirements for this position include: Current ACLS and BLS certifications Experience in Med/Surg and Telemetry nursing Familiarity with Epic or Cerner systems is preferred Travel nurses should note that the client may cancel up to 4 shifts during the 13-week assignment and up to 2 shifts during a 6-8 week assignment.
The guaranteed hours are 40 hours per week, and the client is financially responsible for all weekly guaranteed hours in the event of shift cancellations or facility closures. Please be aware that on-call hours do not count towards the guaranteed minimum hours. GLC is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
