🩺 Permanent Neonatology NP/PA – Portland, OR 💰 $158,683–$196,705/year + Full Benefits + Health Insurance + Signing Bonus + CME + Extra Shift Opportunities📍 Providence St. Vincent Medical Center & Providence Portland Medical Center🏥 Level III NICUs | Teaching Hospitals💻 Epic EMR🕐 12- or 24-hour shifts: 7 AM–7 PM or 7 AM–7 AM🚫 No Call👶 10–22 patients/shift📅 Full-Time | Permanent Position HighlightsProvidence Women’s & Children’s Services is seeking Neonatal Nurse Practitioners (NNPs) or Neonatal PAs to join an established team of 13 NNPs serving both Level III NICUs.

Providers will:Manage high-risk neonates and infantsAttend deliveries and perform neonatal proceduresParticipate in neonatal resuscitation and delivery-room careOrder, perform, and interpret diagnostic testsDevelop and manage treatment plansProvide patient/family educationWork collaboratively with neonatologists, RNs, OB Hospitalists, and Maternal-Fetal MedicineProvide unit-based clinical support and autonomous patient careFacility DetailsProvidence St.

Vincent: ~3,000 deliveries/year; higher-acuity, smaller/sicker patient populationProvidence Portland: ~4,500 deliveries/year; generally less intensiveBoth facilities offer Level III NICU careHigh delivery-room volumeStrong multidisciplinary and physician supportNo APP supervision requiredNo admissions requiredRequirementsNP or PACompletion of a 12-month Neonatal PA fellowship/residency or equivalent neonatal trainingNRP requiredNeonatal/Level III NICU experience strongly preferredDelivery-room experience preferredBoard Certified or Board EligibleMust be willing to obtain an Oregon license if not currently licensedEstimated credentialing: ~90 daysA strong long-term opportunity for a neonatal provider see
